ELDOA 5/S1 Exercise

What is ELDOA?

ELDOA is a method designed by French osteopath Guy VOYER. It is an acronym for 'Etirements Longitudinaux avec Decoaptition Osteo-Articulaire' and translates to Longitudinal Stretching with Osteo-Articular Decoaptation (meaning opening the bones and joints). 

Benefits of ELDOA

ELDOA focuses on correcting fascia (connective tissue) imbalances throughout your body and consists of postural movements. Benefits of ELDOA include relief from pain, improved joint mechanics, better posture, and reduced pressure on the spinal discs.
