Meg is a certified Romana’s Pilates Instructor. She studied under the direction and mentorship of Senior Instructor Holly Pruell (Level III), Master Instructor Rhonda Celenza (Level II), and Grand Master Instructor Juanita Lopez (Level I).
She has performed and taught in the entertainment industry since graduating. It wasn’t until 2015, after an ACL tear from dancing and subsequent surgery sidelined her for over a year, that she stumbled upon Romana’s Pilates. Pilates helped Meg get back to doing the things she loves with more strength, mindfulness, and mobility than any other mode of fitness.
Meg brings her theatre arts background and love for the authentic classical method to her teaching, combining conscientious technique and joy through movement.
Fina is a Romana certified instructor. She trained under the mentorship of Sari Mejia Santo (Level 1 Instructor) and Cynthia Shipley (Level II Instructor).
Prior to her pilates experience, Fina was a piano instructor for 23 years. Teaching piano for a prolonged time had left her body asymmetrical, in addition to gaining chronic back pain after giving birth to two children.
Practicing pilates helped Fina cure her chronic injuries and it inspired her to become a certified instructor.
Fina seeks to be a teacher who shares proper knowledge and movement but also remains a student who expands her knowledge everyday.
