Private Sessions with Abena. Work directly with studio owner Abena for an unparalleled, tailored Pilates experience. Choose your commitment level with our single, 5, or 10-sessions packages.
Receive personnalized Classical Pilates instruction while supporting the development of our next generation of instructors. Sessions are taught by apprentice instructors under the supervision of Teacher Trainer Abena.
Phone scheduling is required to ensure the session is appropriate based on your Pilates experience and any injuries or physical considerations.
Promotional rates: Single Session $75 or 10 Sessions: $750
Regular Single rate: $85 or 5 Sessions: $400 ($80/Session)
Duets and Trios must consist of a couple, friends or family. The Studio does not arrange participants, you must already attend as an established group.
